Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING METHOD / TRANSIT TIMES

Once a purchase is made, we will ship out your order within 5 business days unless otherwise stated. We offer free one-way shipping in the continental US using UPS ground service. Sometimes we can expedite shipping for a client upon special request. We will bill separately for any expedited shipping service.

 

We reserve the right to re-quote shipping costs if we discover there are substantial shipping fees we did not anticipate. You will be emailed before your order is shipped and can approve any additional fees before your order goes out.

 

We ship to the international locations offered on our website. We do not allow returns or exchanges for international shipments. All shipping is handled by a third-party vendor as are customs, duty and tax charges. Jamie Haller INC is not responsible for any additional duties , taxes, or shipping related expenses for international shipments. Please see the third parties terms and conditions in the check-out process for specifics.

 

We are not responsible for replacement of your purchased items if your shipment is lost or stolen or damaged in transit. We encourage you to sign up for our insurance. If you fail to pay for the insurance, we cannot help you if your item is lost or stolen. Outside of assistance with tracking your item, we do not guarantee shipments made by mail or delivery service. If UPS shows a package as delivered and you do not have it, we do not offer replacement.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR SHOES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to start a return please note you may do so within 7 days of the item being received if you meet our return criteria.

 

First, send an email to hello@shop-jamiehaller.com and write the word “return” with your order number in the header. We cannot accept returns without being contacted first.

 

Please note we cannot accept returns for worn items. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unused with all original tags and in the original box. Shoes may not show signs of wear on the soles or have protective film damaged or removed.

 

When trying on our shoes, please be sure to wear them on a clean surface to prevent any damage or wear to the soles. If the shoes are returned and there are marks, a full refund may not be possible.

 

Please return your shoes in their original box and inside a shipping box to prevent damage to the shoes or box in shipping. We cannot accept a return if there is damage to the shoe or shoe box. Please note to not remove the plastic on the shoe’s sole. Shoes are not returnable once their plastic sole protection has been removed.

 

Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a return and refund if we feel the items do not meet our return eligibility mentioned above.

 

Items purchased on sale are not able to be returned.

 

Items shipping internationally are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We might offer an exchange, however the customer is liable for shipping, duties, and taxes for shipping the item back to us as well as shipping the new order to them. 

 

Items purchased from a retailer are not able to be returned to us and a return must be initiated through that retailer.

 

Carefully repack your shoes with their original packaging and mail back to us with the prepaid label we send to you. There will be a $15 restocking fee as well as a $15 return shipping fee to be deducted from your refund. If you do multiple exchanges from one order we will deduct a maximum of $15 per return shipment label we provide for you. 

 

Once your items is received, assuming it is in original new condition and without damages, we will take 7-10 days to process your return. 

 

We are not able to receive returns after 7 days of receipt.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR SHOES

The same process and guidelines regarding returns noted above apply to exchanges as well. Please send an email with the word “Exchange” and your order number in the subject.

 

Once your item is received, assuming it is in its original new condition without damages, we will take 3 days to process your exchange. We will send you a shipping confirmation once your item has been sent.

 

There is no restocking fees for exchanges, unless the exchange is returned.
